We are a military family and are moving to the Central Coast/5 Cities area from out of state. We used Dave Ramsey's ELP list to find an agent in the area. Dianna was the first to contact us. She was very friendly and personable on the phone, basically she made us feel comfortable working with her. Dianna immediately started emailing us potential homes based on the parameters we gave her and provided us with a few different lenders to work with for financing. This helped tremendously for us, it gave us an idea of the homes in our price range and of the area. When we were able to visit the Central Coast in person, she made herself available to us pretty much for an entire week for showings. Was able to answer all of our questions about the homes we were viewing, the area we were moving to, and about the process of buying a home from out of state. When we found and made an offer on a home, she helped us through the closing paperwork and kept in touch with us during the closing process. Dianna was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. She was prompt to respond to calls and emails, patient with us when we went back and forth with negotiations and really seemed to have our best interests at heart. Dianna was great! Being first time home buyers, this whole process was quite intimidating. But she helped my husband and I through every step and really took the time to educate and guide us through the whole process. She showed us all kinds of places, and we continued to look for about six to eight months before we found exactly what we wanted. My husband and I desired to purchase a home in a specific neighborhood that met fairly specific criteria. At the time there were no homes on the market but Dianna did her research and reached out to all of the homeowners in the neighborhood who owned a home that met our criteria to see if they were interested in selling. In the meantime, a house came up for sale that was perfect for us. Dianna immediately sent us a link with the information and once we told her we wanted to see the house she promptly arranged a showing with the listing agent. When we arrived at the showing Dianna was prepared to answer all of our questions and concerns. We wrote a full price offer and did not hear back from the listing agent within the specified timeframe. Dianna was extremely proactive in following up, and when she could not get answers from the listing agent she contacted the broker. My husband and I strongly believe the listing agent was stalling on our offer in order to represent his own potential buyer. Throughout the entire process, Dianna was responsive and knowledgeable. In the end, it was Dianna's thorough knowledge of the regulations and process combined with her persistence and determination to get us what we wanted that got us the house of our dreams.
